Cinnamon active have been organising activity adventure breaks since 1996. During this time we have arranged activity events for many leisure and corporate clients. We believe we are well placed to answer any questions you may have. Here are a few regular questions.

What level of fitness is required for the activities?
Most of our activities require no basic level of fitness, just an active mind. White water rafting requires you to swim 25 metres. Canyoning and Coasteering do need a basic level of fitness to get the most of the event.

Are the activities available all year?
Most activities are available throughout the year and some are much more fun in the cooler months of Autumn and early Winter.

Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, to ensure we have commitment we require a deposit on booking and final balance 6 weeks prior to the event.

How do we get to activities from our accommodation?
Generally people drive themselves as this is the most cost effective way. We do organise transfers if you require at an extra charge.

Are there any bears in the woods?
Generally, we tend to try to organise our activities in bear friendly zones.

How long do the activities last?
This depends on the activity, most half day activities last 2 hours.

What happens if I want to add an extra person?
This is not a problem, obviously subject to availability.

What do I have to bring?
A smile……Cinnamon active supply a comprehensive travel pack which includes maps, directions, itinerary and list of recommended clothing.

What happens if I wish to cancel?
Any deposit is non refundable upon cancellation. Cancellations within 4 weeks of booking require full payment.
Venue cancellations will incur charges as outlined in the venues own terms and conditions.

Does the activity include personal insurance?
No, however this can be purchased from us on 0845 330 8584 or on-line here.
