Ty sinamon is an impressive Victorian House with an elevated position overlooking Bala and only a 5 minute walk into town. The house has traditional large Victorian rooms with high ceilings and is well appointed for groups and families. The house is perfectly situated for over 15 different activities within a 30 minute drive (The Canolfan Tryweryn Rafting centre is 10 minutes drive). Bala Lake is a 15 minute walk, the beach at Barmouth is 45 minutes drive and Snowdon is 75 minutes away.

The house retains many of its Victorian features but has undergone a sensitive contemporary face lift throughout.

The Lounge has a large bay window overlooking the valley and furnished with large sofas and a 42in LCD TV. The Dining Room table seats 16 adults and the room has large windows opening out to a small veranda.

The Shaker Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 6 burner cooker, fridge freezer plus additional fridge. The kitchen retains the original Victorian lighting and striped pine doors.

There is a Games Room with Giant Jenga & Giant Connect 4.

The house has 7 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which will accommodate upto 16/18 adults as follows.

The Cinnamon House has a Cloak Room on entry for coats, boots and outer kit, there is also a Wet Room with toilet and shower has a quarry tiled floor with washing machine and an area to hang wet kit and washing.

Garden
The well stocked garden is South West facing on a 3 level terrace with pond plus residential gold fish (not for the BBQ!). Level 1 is gravel with a BBQ area plus access to the Games Room. Level 2 has a small Gazebo and the upper pond and Level 3 has a small decked area with bench.

Bala Town
Bala has the largest natural lake in Wales and the town all the facilities and services you need for a great holiday. The town supermarket opens long hours, there are cash machines in town, a leisure centre with indoor pool, plus the lake with instructed watersports and canoe hire. There are 2 very good butchers who will supply you with BBQ food, a couple of good cafes who will prepare packed lunches if needed.

The Cinnamon House is an ideal venue to host a small team meeting with a range of team building activities available on the lake and close by.
