Coasteering
Traverse the ledges and crags of the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast, rock jumping, scrambling over boulders for 2 hours of exhilarating and refreshing adrenaline. Climb, jump, swim, swirl, plunge, slither, dive, gurgle, giggle, spume, splash, clamber and relax. You've seen the Gin 'n Tonic ad, now experience it!

Sea Kayaking
The wild Blue Ocean, dramatic high cliffs and stunning unspoilt coastline is perhaps Britain’s last true wilderness. A place best entered under your own steam. Kayaks are also the best means for creeping up on the wildlife. You can see the Atlantic grey seals, that breed around the coast and offshore islands, there are also porpoise and dolphins that live in the deeper waters of Cardigan Bay.
